How to answer it: Always make sure you prepare your own list of questions before the interview and make sure that your questions have a purpose and always ask about something you’ve discovered in your company research. This will show your passion and knowledge of the company.

Never say: "I don’t have any questions". Try and have at least a couple of them prepared. Don’t ask about benefits and when you can take time-off, it’s just too early for that sort of thing!
