Interesting fact:
For an average-sized star, our sun is really big. In fact, 1.3 million Earths could fit inside the Sun! It's also around 330,000 times the size of Earth and accounts for 99.86% of the mass of our solar system. That percentage is quite impressive considering just how big the largest planet is, the gas giant Jupiter, compared to the rest of the planets. In fact, all the planets in the solar system could fit into Jupiter at the same time. Yet the Sun still accounts for almost all the mass.
