Margaret Hamilton, who played the Wicked Witch, was given a canvas tent as her dressing room. Billie Burke, who played Glinda the Good Witch, had a luxurious pink and blue dressing room on MGM’s lot. Hamilton sometimes sneaked into Burke's dressing room to have her lunch and admire the pink and blue bottles filled with powder and baby oil, pink and blue mints, and pink and blue powder puffs!
